9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

VIKRAM TRADERS AND MOBILES may not offer recurring subscription services for all products. Where a subscription, service plan, recurring service, or communication-related service is offered, its specific commercial conditions will be communicated separately.

Where recurring billing applies, the customer authorises the applicable payment method to be charged according to the agreed terms.

We may suspend or terminate a service where:

  • The customer violates these Terms.
  • Payment obligations remain unpaid.
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
  • Required information is materially inaccurate.
  • Continued service would violate applicable law or platform policy.
  • The relevant third-party platform terminates or restricts the applicable service.

Termination does not automatically remove obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, confidentiality obligations, intellectual-property provisions, and liability provisions.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

VIKRAM TRADERS AND MOBILES may use official WhatsApp Business communication infrastructure and/or RCS-enabled communication services to communicate with customers.

Such communication may include:

  • Order confirmations.
  • Enquiry responses.
  • Product information requested by customers.
  • Service notifications.
  • Appointment or delivery updates.
  • Customer-support messages.
  • Feedback requests.
  • Promotional messages where the required consent, opt-in, and applicable platform requirements are satisfied.

We intend to use official communication channels and follow applicable Meta, WhatsApp, RCS, telecom, and messaging-platform requirements.

Customers should not provide confidential authentication credentials, payment PINs, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary messaging unless specifically required through an appropriately secured process.

WhatsApp and RCS are third-party communication platforms. Their availability depends on the relevant platform, telecom operator, device, network, and technical infrastructure.

VIKRAM TRADERS AND MOBILES does not claim ownership of WhatsApp, RCS, Meta, Google, telecom networks, or other third-party platforms.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

VIKRAM TRADERS AND MOBILES aims to send relevant and lawful communications to customers.

Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted under applicable law and relevant platform requirements. Where an opt-in is required, we will seek appropriate consent.

Customers may request to stop promotional communications by using an available unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism or by contacting us directly.

Transactional, service, and customer-requested communications may continue where reasonably necessary to complete an order, provide support, address an enquiry, or fulfil a legal or contractual obligation.

We do not guarantee delivery of every WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, email, or other message.

We will not knowingly use our communication channels for prohibited content, deceptive practices, unlawful activities, phishing, fraud, harassment, or unauthorised bulk messaging.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content created by or for VIKRAM TRADERS AND MOBILES, including website text, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, marketing materials, designs, and other proprietary materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
